docs: Add Xcode + iOS SDK to host prerequisites

The build cross-compiles the guest daemon (vphoned) for iOS, which
requires the iOS SDK bundled with Xcode. Add it to the host
prerequisites in the English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese READMEs.
